Journal Galung Tropika (p-ISSN: 2302-4178, e-ISSN: 2407-6279) is a quarterly scientific publication (April, August, December) that focuses on the development of science and technology in the field of agriculture. Jurnal Galung Tropika is a forum for the publication of the latest research in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and plant biology. Jurnal Galung Tropika houses various scientific studies ranging from cultivation to natural resource management, with the aim of advancing the agricultural sector in a sustainable manner.

This journal is published by the Faculty of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries, Muhammadiyah University of Parepare. With a broad scope, ranging from plant cultivation, animal husbandry, fisheries, to agricultural biotechnology, Jurnal Galung Tropika is a reference for researchers, academics, and agricultural practitioners in Indonesia.

APC COST CHANGES IN 2026

We would like to inform you that starting from Volume 15, Issue 1 (2026), the Article Processing Charge (APC) for Galung Tropika Journal will be adjusted to IDR 1,000,000 per published article.

This adjustment is made to support journal maintenance, improve service quality, ensure smooth editorial processes, and sustain journal publication.
